At Apex Performance Peptides Labs, we take pride in providing high-quality, research-grade products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict policies to ensure safety, compliance, and integrity.
All Sales Are Final
Because our products are classified as Research Use Only (RUO) and are sensitive materials, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or delivered products.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Your order arrived damaged during transit

Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your package arrives damaged or incorrect:

Non-Refundable Situations

Order Cancellations Orders may only be canceled before processing.
